Özgür Yumrukçal was born in 1979 in Istanbul. He graduated from İSTEK College and earned a Civil Engineering degree from Istanbul University in 2002, while simultaneously embarking on his professional career with the construction of the Atatürk Olympic Stadium. He later joined an international construction company, where he worked for 10 years and rose to the position of Project Manager. During this period, he managed international construction projects in nearly 10 countries, including Russia, Romania, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Sudan, Qatar, India, and Pakistan. Some of these projects include the successful completion of Raduga Shopping Mall (Saint Petersburg - Russia) in 2008, Mall of İstanbul (Turkey) in 2012, and Dushanbe International Airport (Tajikistan) in 2013. In subsequent years, he held senior management roles as a Coordinator and Manager in various corporate companies. In August 2021, he joined Libart, an international company offering retractable architectural solutions, as the Design and Project Management Manager, and in October 2022, he was promoted to General Manager. He is responsible for creating and managing sales and marketing strategies in the international market by determining Libart's next 5 and 10-year targets.

With a focus on major architectural projects, Ilkay has led numerous major architectural, construction, and manufacturing-focused projects, significantly enhancing end-to-end processes.

As the founder of GENX, headquartered in New York with multiple global offices, Ilkay serves in pivotal roles to assist developers, architects, tech companies, and builders with cutting-edge project management and advanced digital delivery. She currently teaches at the Tandon School of Engineering, NYU.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ilkay has significantly impacted the industry through leadership roles. She is the Chair of the CTBUH NY Board of Trustees and the Chair of the Smart Tech Assembly of CTBUH. Fatma Pir has studied mechanical engineering in Izmir Institute of Technology, in her home town. The Erasmus exchange programme has taken her to Italy for 6 months of study in Università degli Studi di Salerno. After bachelor science, she continued her studies in Milan, Italy in a master programme of Politecnico di Milano. In 2009, during her thesis, she joined Technoform Bautec Italy where she started working as an intern, as a product engineer. Following her graduation, she kept working in Technoform as a sales engineer. She is working in Technoform Bautec Italy more than 15 years in the field of thermal insulation solutions. Currently, she is product manager and responsible for the clients in the Turkish territory. She supports customers’ thermal break systems by supplying value added products. For over 50 years, Technoform has been a leader partner in providing high-precision insulating profiles for thermal insulation of windows, door and facades.

Agnes Koltay has a Masters degree in Architecture (Hungary, USA) and in Façade Engineering (UK) and worked with award winning architects and multidisciplinary engineering companies before founding Koltay Façades, a boutique façade engineering consultancy firm, in 2011. She is the lead façade consultant on a number of prestigious high-rise projects, such as Skyviews, Burj Vista, The Opus, The Address Boulevard Hotel.

Joris Verhiest is based in Belgium and is since 24 years active in the market of aluminum fenestration solutions. As a commercial engineer and international MBA he got the opportunity gain a wide experience in sales, product development, marketing and business development. He has been operating in many countries in Europe, South-East Asia and Middle East and contributing to many prestigious projects around the globe.

He joined Renzo Piano Building Workshop in 2010 after working in Spain for a residential boutique firm and in USA at Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects in Atlanta on the Carnegie Mellon University Gates and Hillman Center. During his time at RPBW Francesco was involved in many projects and worked on the Whitney Museum in New York during all design phases and the Istanbul Modern Museum as Associate in charge.

He is currently leading the One Sydney Harbour project in Sydney, the Waterfront Residential Buildings in Genoa and a High Rise Hotel in New York .

He completed his undergraduate education in 1999 and his graduate studies in Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture in 2002 and graduated as a Master Architect.

Between 2002 and 2004, he completed his doctorate studies in Yıldız Technical University "Building Physics", and in the same year he completed his façade specialist training at Bath University / CWCT. Between 1999 and 2005, he worked in architectural offices in Istanbul addressing different concepts.

Since 2001, Turkey's adopted Master in Architecture Façade, Architect Yenal Oktuğ with domestic and international abroad in many projects in relation master-apprentice "Facade Systems Designer and Façade Consultant" was found in the work.

Between 2005 and 2012, he worked as a Project Manager in a local company that makes Façade Applications. It has produced project solutions in buildings with different functions with hundreds of thousands of areas of different scales in Turkey and abroad. Since 2014, he has been teaching "Building Science and Technology" and two different lectures called "Detail Principles in Architecture" at different universities in Izmir as a visiting lecturer. Since 2012, he has been working on facade consultancy and system solutions for qualified projects in Turkey and abroad that require special solutions with the family company Bağlan Architecture Engineering Limited, which has a long-standing construction history of 45 years.

Born on June 10, 1992, in Ankara, she studied Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at Hacettepe University Turkey, and Politecnico di Bari Italy from 2011 to 2015. She worked as an interior architect in architectural design offices and participated in project teams ranging from boutique residential projects to luxury hotel chains. Since 2021, she has been working at Cosentino Turkey as an Architect & Design Sales Manager. She engages directly with industry professionals, architects and designers to support project designs with Cosentino solutions. Additionally, she establishes close relationships with investors and contracting companies, providing necessary follow-up and support through to the final stages of the processes. Throughout her career, she aims to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by offering creative and technical solutions at every stage of the projects, drawing on her experience and expertise. In this process, she continuously develops herself by keeping up with industry innovations and reflects the latest design trends in the projects she is involved in.

Tolga Aycı is working as a Business Development Manager for Tremco CPG which is a global leader of construction chemicals. In this role, value propositions of group brands such as Tremco, Illbruck, Nullifire, Dryvit, Flowcrete, Vandex, Nudura and Veda that provides sealing, bonding, insulation applications from ground to roof are discussed technically with stakeholders, specifiers, consultants, investors etc. He also ensures the integration of research & development projects into the region.

Tolga Aycı who has more than 10 years of project management, business development, sales, and marketing experiences, graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering department with honor degree. Also, he took graduation lectures from Bosphorus University, Industrial Engineering department. Currently, he is studying doctorate (PhD) degree in Istanbul Technical University, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering department in the doctorate thesis period that is related to fire safety field of study.

‘Cagdas Taylan, has over 25 years of experience in the management of teams for building materials.

Since 2002, he is the Managing Director of Hydro Building Systems Turkey.

Prior to that, he has been in various positions for another multinational company for 6 years which produces aluminium claddings and suspended ceilings.

Today, apart from his responsible countries, he is also part of the Big International Projects Team in Hydro Building Systems aiming to improve Turkish footprint for large projects segment in Europe together with selected Turkish metal builders.

Sabri Paşayiğit, born in 1977 in Kayseri, graduated from the Architecture Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2001. After starting his career at leading architecture firms in the industry, he founded his own company, SP Architects, in 2005. Initially a boutique firm, SP Architects quickly grew to become a globally recognized corporate entity. The company now employs over 180 expert architects, urban planners, landscape architects, interior designers, and multidisciplinary designers across its offices in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, and Baku.

At the University of Bath, England; He has received training on Curtain Wall Design and Construction, Fire Performance in Curtain Walls, Structural Performance: Loadings, Structural Control and Eurocode. He received Facade Systems Expertise training from ITU in 2015. He served as a sectoral trainer for 3 years in the "Facade Systems: Performance, Standards and Specification Expertise Certificate Program" organized by ITU. He gave seminars on "Aluminum in architectural applications and its place in the future" at Fatih Sultan Mehmet University and "Future Facade Systems" at Kırklareli University. He gave training as a guest instructor on Facade systems at Gebze Institute of Technology. He served as a sectoral expert in the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Court. Kaan Kuran, with degrees in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering (B.S) and Mechanical Engineering (MSs) both from Istanbul TU and MBA (Istanbul Univ.) entered the world of façades in 1993 with production and application of window systems, winter gardens and façade systems. After completing a further specialized academic program with the degree of Certified Façade Engineer at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Augsburg in 2009, he directed his professional activity to façade planning, consultancy and engineering. Having contributed to more than 150 large scale projects on four continents, he continues following his passion for façades with engineering offices of Innobuild in Berlin and Istanbul.

After graduating from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, Caner Bilgin completed his undergraduate degree at Istanbul Kültür Üniversitesi in 2009. During 2008-2009, he attended Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. He completed his Master's degree in Architectural Design program at Istanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi in 2011. In 2011, he commenced his professional career at Teğet Mimarlık. Until 2013, he engaged in various competition projects and conceptual design processes at Teğet before founding Bilgin Architects.

In addition to his professional practice, he worked as a part-time lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi from 2012 to 2019, overseeing studio sessions. In 2016, he participated in the Venice Architecture Biennale at the Turkish Pavilion with an installation titled "Baştarda". In 2024, he was honored with the Ariktera Young Architect Award and European 40under40 Award.

Throughout his professional career, he has achieved significant success and won awards in various national architectural competitions. He has also organized seminars and workshops at different universities and institutions.
